UNESCO Chair in Urban Landscape joins the Quebec research network in circular economy

News

The Fonds de recherche du Québec launched the Quebec research network in circular economy on July 13, which was made possible through a five million dollars investment over a five-year period. Coordinated by four researchers whose expertise on circular economy has been widely recognized, the network will solidify research in this field. This significant grant, which follows a call for proposals launched last February, will further establish Quebec’s role as a leader in the field across Canada and North America.

Shin Koseki joins this initiative as a founding member of the network, regarding more precisely its fourth research thematic, political policy levers. This integration will enable the Chair to pursue various research projects pertaining to the field of circular economy, in accordance with its vision statements and objectives.
