The UNESCO Chair in Urban Landscape Presents its 2019-2020 Grants Program

News

The Sid Lee Architecture Fund will chiefly contribute to support students enrolled in graduate programs at the Faculty of Environmental Design and stimulate research/action/creation in the international cooperation network of the UNESCO Chair in Urban Landscape.

The annual grants program is distributed as follows:

  • One doctoral admission grant of CAD$ 15 000;
  • One master’s grant of CAD$ 10 000;
  • One mobility grant in research/action/creation of CAD$ 10 000;
  • One hosting grant in research/action/creation of CAD$ 10 000.

We highlight that applicants for Sid Lee Architecture Fund grants will have to justify the relevance of their research project or subject to the scientific orientations of the UNESCO Chair in Urban Landscape.

Two excellence awards of CAD$ 5,000 each complete the Sid Lee Architecture Fund’s commitment to recognizing the projects of students completing a graduate program (architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, urban planning) at the Faculty of Environmental Design.
